I HAVE WHAT I CALL LARGE MIXING BOWL. IT IS GREEN W/ WATER LILIES.THERE ARE SMALL HANDLES ? ON THE RIM. IT LOOKS LIKE IT MAY HAVE HAD A LID. IT ALSO HAS AN INDENTION IN THE BOTTOM. IT'S AS IF WHEN IT WAS MADE, THERE WAS THIS INDENTION MADE FROM THE UNDERSIDE INTO THE INSIDE ON THE BOTTOM.IT'S ABOUT 1 1/2'' . CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ANYTHING ABOUT IT. ......THANK YOU

I have the same bowl in the same color, and I have always wondered what it was. There is a photo in the Ransburg book or an ice bowl of similar shape, but it doesn't have the small handles. Could someone from Ransburg tell us what it is?????

It is hard to say what it is without seeing a picture. The Munch Jars and Cracker Jars both have lids and handles. The Batter Bowls have handles, but no lids. Plus they have spouts.
Please post a picture and we will try to identify.

| Now that you have the piece, can you speak to its possible use? In the past, someone said it was a bowl for ice. I have no idea, and I wonder if you found out anything. Thank you. Pharmate |
